Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackDue mobile application ("App") provided by Coconutica ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using TrackDue, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

TrackDue is a personal finance application that helps you track daily expenses, manage bills and loan payments, and gain insights into your spending habits. The App is available on iOS devices and stores your data locally on your device by default, with optional cloud sync.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TrackDue. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of TrackDue may require you to create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

TrackDue is offered as a freemium service:

• Free Tier: Includes core expense tracking, manual bill entry, basic categories, and on-device data storage. The core action of adding expenses is always free.
• Premium Tier: Unlocks advanced features including unlimited custom categories, receipt OCR scanning, advanced analytics and insights, bank CSV import, data export, cloud backup and sync, priority support, and all future premium features.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely by the Apple App Store:

• Weekly: $1.99 per week
• Yearly: $24.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

6. User Responsibilities

When using TrackDue, you agree to:

• Provide accurate financial data for your own personal use
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to store or transmit harmful or malicious content
• Maintain the security of your device and account credentials
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TrackDue, including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and branding, are the exclusive property of Coconutica and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of TrackDue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrackDue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TrackDue is a personal finance tracking tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coconutica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's content or features
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct related to the App

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coconutica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TrackDue at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App is immediately revoked
• Locally stored data remains on your device
• Cloud-synced data may be deleted after 90 days of account inactivity
• Active subscriptions can still be managed through the App Store

You may terminate your use of TrackDue at any time by deleting the App from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coconutica operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of TrackDue after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
